NCCI: COVID-19, Presumptions and Mental Injuries Hot Topics in 2021

Presumptions, coverage for mental injuries, and challenges due to the pandemic were hot topics for public policymakers, according to the 2021 Regulatory and Legislative Trends Report that the National Council on Compensation Insurance released Tuesday.
