The Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board issued an en banc decision Thursday reinstating the deadline for California’s workers’ compensation judges to issue reports in response to petitions for reconsideration.
The Appeals Board in March temporarily suspended procedural rules that required judges to issue the reports within 15 days of receiving a petition.
