The Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court announced that it will follow the terms of an administrative order issued by the state’s high court on Aug. 9.
The state Supreme Court ordered attorneys and case participants to notify opposing counsel and the court if they reasonably suspect a participant in a scheduled hearing, trial, conference or other proceeding has an elevated risk of transmitting COVID-19.
The court’s Aug. 9 order identified those at high risk of spreading the disease to include:
