Starr Hires Field Director to Oversee Growth and Distribution

Starr Companies, an international property and casualty insurer, has hired a new field director to lead its growth and distribution strategies. Robert Cruz will take on the position of national branch officer, director of field operations for Starr, according to a Wednesday press release. He has 11 years of experience in the insurance industry, including time spent as a regional executive in the southwestern U.S. for the carrier Hiscox.
