Case: Matter of Santos v. 77 GP Inc., No. CV-23-1577, 11/14/2024, published. Facts: Miguel Maria Santos worked for 77 GP Inc. He allegedly suffered injuries in June 2021 when he fell off his electric bicycle while delivering pizzas for 77 GP. Santos filed a workers’ compensation claim, which 77 GP contested.
