WCA Seeks Comments on Judicial Reappointments

The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration seeks public comment on the reappointment of two judges to full, five-year terms. The governor this year appointed Judges David Skinner and Anthony Couture to one-year terms that expire on April 10. The director is considering appointing them to five-year terms. Couture joined the WCA as a mediator in January 2017.
