The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration seeks public comment on the reappointment of two judges to full, five-year terms.
The governor this year appointed Judges David Skinner and Anthony Couture to one-year terms that expire on April 10. The director is considering appointing them to five-year terms.
Couture joined the WCA as a mediator in January 2017. He was appointed WCA judge in August 2017 and continued serving in that position until late 2022 when he resigned to return to nursing.
