Governing bodies in nearly all 50 states have either closed or significantly scaled back their resources in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, leaving the future of some workers’ compensation legislation up in the air.
California lawmakers voted to suspend their legislative session beginning Friday until April 13, although that timeline is subject to change as officials monitor the pandemic.
