Presumption Bill Set for Hearing Wednesday

California lawmakers will hear testimony next week about legislation that would codify the governor’s COVID-19 presumption when they return from their second break caused by the pandemic. The Assembly Insurance Committee will hear testimony on SB 1159 during a hearing that starts at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. The bill, by Sen.
