The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division is holding a hearing Sept. 21 to discuss the assessment that will be charged to employers and workers for the Workers’ Benefit Fund.
The agency has not decided what the assessment rate will be for 2024, according to the hearing and rulemaking announcement promulgated Tuesday. The WCD said it will announce the proposed assessment rate by mid-September.
