Dr. Faustino Bernadett said in court filings he was duped by Michael D. Drobot, and the U.S. District Court for Central California should throw out Drobot's request to be indemnified if a jury finds him guilty of defrauding State Compensation Insurance Fund.
Bernadett is now a principal defendant in State Fund's two-year-old Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act suit alongside Drobot and his son, Michael R. Drobot.
