The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division on Monday announced that it is moving to an electronic process for the quarterly claims delinquency report.
The reports that identify missing claim data, forms and related documents not submitted to the WCD are sent out in January, April, July and October of each year.
The division said companies can elect to receive an electronic report in April by sending an email identifying a designated contact person and the email address and phone number by March 31.
