Industrial Commission Outlines Best Practices for Full and Final Settlements

The Industrial Commission of Arizona posted to its website a guide to best practices involving full and final settlements. State lawmakers last year passed a bill allowing injured workers to permanently settle their claims. Injured workers had been able to settle portions of their claims relating to loss of earnings and supportive care, but retained the right to reopen a claim for a worsening medical condition.
