OSHA Subcommittee to Host Emergency Response Rule Discussion Sept. 7-9

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration's National Advisory Committee will hold a meeting of its Emergency Response and Preparedness Subcommittee from Sept. 7-9 in Washington, D.C., the agency announced. The meeting will give the subcommittee an opportunity to finalize an emergency response and preparedness rule recommendation it plans to make to the committee.
