OWC Errs in Ordering State to Pay for Meds Dispensed Directly to Worker

A Louisiana appellate court ruled that the Office of Workers’ Compensation erred in ordering the state to pay for the medications dispensed by a pharmacy after it was no longer authorized to dispense directly to the injured worker.  Case: Corona v.
