Washington's Department of Labor and Industries announced that it is extending to July 1, 2021, the requirement for claims adjuster certifications that are set to expire between March 20 and June 30, 2021.
A number of issues, including the COVID-19 pandemic, prompted the state agency to extend the date, L&I said.
For those outside Washington, the deadline would have been July 1 of this year without the extension.
