An Ohio electrician seriously injured by an exploding breaker cabinet was entitled to additional compensation benefits for his employer's violation of a specific safety requirement for individuals who work on electrical equipment, the state Supreme Court ruled.In a unanimous per curiam decision, the high court justices agreed with an administrative determination that Ohio law imposed a clear duty upon Glunt Industries to provide appropriate safety gear to Thomas E.
