A Wyoming lawmaker introduced a bill that would require the Department of Workforce Services to determine rates for two to four years based exclusively on averaging premiums charged in other states.
House Bill 153, introduced Tuesday by Rep. Cody Wylie, R-Rock Springs, would mandate that the department charge rates that are “competitive” with what employers pay in other states.
