IAIABC Judicial Program This September

The Dispute Resolution Committee for the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions is hosting a virtual judicial program with the National Association of Workers’ Compensation Judiciary and College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Sept. 21-22.

The program will feature sessions on the use of interpreters in workers' compensation hearings, judicial decorum, and bias in decision-making.

Participants will be invited to attend the IAIABC Dispute Resolution Committee meeting on Sept. 22 to hear a spotlight presentation on the dispute resolution system in Washington state.

Registration is $50 for both IAIABC members and nonmembers.
