Safety National Announces Reorganization of Executive Management Team

Safety National is making changes to its executive management structure that will take effect April 1.
Steve Luebbert, chief operating officer, is retiring after 13 years with the specialty insurance and reinsurance provider.
John Csik, executive vice president and chief financial officer, takes over for Luebbert and will serve as COO and CFO. In his new role, he will provide executive oversight to all insurance operations.
Cyndee Morton, senior vice president of operations and chief information officer, becomes executive vice president of operations and chief innovation officer. She will provide leadership and oversight of innovation, technology, data initiatives and operational efficiency. Morton will work closely with Csik.
Tom Grove, executive vice president and chief business development officer, will take oversight of the Claims Department.
CEO Mark Wilhelm, President Duane Hercules and Gus Aivaliotis, executive vice president and chief underwriting officer for insurance, will all continue in their current roles.
