The Donegal Group announced Monday the promotion of Kevin G. Burke as president and chief executive officer and president of subsidiary DGI, an insurance holding company.
Burke has been acting as CEO of DGI since October while CEO, President and board chairman Donald H. Nikolaus was on a medical leave of absence. Nikolaus returned to his position last Thursday and recommended that Burke succeed him in the leadership post.
