Comp Judges to Discuss Impact of COVID-19

Administrative law judges from Arizona, Kentucky and Pennsylvania will participate in a webinar Tuesday exploring the impact of COVID-19 on workers’ compensation systems.
The judges will discuss topics including how state systems are adapting to the global pandemic and what effect COVID-19 is having on settling cases and processing claims.
The webinar will feature:
- LuAnn Haley, an Arizona ALJ and board member of the National Association of Workers’ Compensation Judiciary.
- Douglas Gott, Kentucky’s chief administrative law judge.
- Joseph DeRita, ALJ and director of workers’ compensation adjudication in Pennsylvania.
Paul Sighinolfi, senior managing director for Ametros, will serve as moderator.
The webinar is from 3-4 p.m. Eastern Tuesday.
