Tower MSA Partners Names Melissa Galea Director of Operations

Melissa Galea joined Tower MSA Partners as director of operations, a position in which she will be responsible for driving the company’s Medicare secondary payer operational business model.

Galea brings 20 years of operations management experience to the position, Tower said in a statement. Most recently, she served as director of operations and transportation with MTI America for more than 13 years managing transportation, call center customer service and language services divisions.

Before that, she was the operations manager for a medical courier company.

Galea attended Broward College and is a certified continuing education instructor for insurance adjusters in areas including law, policy and ethics.
