The Mississippi Court of Appeals ruled that an injured worker's immigration status was not the cause of his inability to return to heavy duty work while affirming the 100% industrial loss of use of his left upper extremity. Case: RDJJ Services Inc. v. Rivera, No. 2020-WC-01095-COA, 06/08/2021, published.
