Appropriations Committee Hearing Labor Contractor Coverage, Medical Treatment Study Bills

The California Assembly Appropriations Committee will discuss potential fiscal implications for extending the deadline for a study on exempting some treatments from prospective review and ordering an analysis of whether employers are using labor contractors to avoid work comp liability, during a May hearing Wednesday.
