DWC Returning to Normal Operations

The New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that it will pursue “a cautious return to normal operations” and in-person proceedings. All 15 workers’ compensation court facilities will be open to attorneys, litigants, court reporters, interpreters and witnesses with scheduled appointments, effective Aug. 16.
