CMS Posts Multiple Changes to Medicare Set-Aside User Guide

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has posted an update to its Medicare secondary payer user guide, including new requirements on record numbers, new data transmission options and medical termination dates. Until now, termination dates for ongoing responsibility for medicals, known as ORMs, could not be submitted more than six months in advance.
