Md., N.C. Cautiously Moving to In-Person Hearings

Two East Coast states are moving toward in-person proceedings, but with caution. Maryland: The Workers' Compensation Commission announced Tuesday that in-person hearings will resume but will be “vastly different” and must follow guidelines to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Parties should arrive no earlier than five minutes before a scheduled appointment and should wear a face covering at all times.
