Berkshire Hathaway's Guard Rolls Out Professional Liability Policy

Guard Insurance Cos., a Berkshire Hathaway group that writes workers’ compensation coverage in 46 states and the District of Columbia, has begun offering a miscellaneous professional liability policy. The professional liability policy is now available in New Jersey with expansion into a half dozen additional states expected by the year's end. The new product is part of an expansion plan started in 2013.
