Commission Accepting Comments on Fee Schedule Through June 21

The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission is accepting public comments through June 21 on the draft 2022 Medical Fee Schedule. The commission said in a summary of changes document that the updated fee schedule will increase reimbursement by approximately 5.7% to account for two years of medical inflation. Other changes include removing various codes that are no longer in use and adopting new codes as required.
