A transportation company employee, harassed and fired after reporting a workplace injury, is to be paid $332,469 in back pay and damages ater his employer was found to have violated federal law.
RCL Wiring, operating as Idaho and Sedalia Transportation Company, was found to have wrongfully retaliated against the employee after he reported an injury, then asked for reimbursement of his medical co-payments, Occupational Safety and Health Administration investigators found.
