Former North Dakota Workforce Safety and Insurance (WSI) Director Sandy Blunt has been found guilty by a jury in Bismarck on one of two felony charges of misusing public funds, the Bismarck Tribune reported Saturday.Blunt was convicted on a charge relating to misapplying more than $10,000 of entrusted money.
