TMI Grants $3.5 Million Dividend to New Policyholders

Texas Mutual Insurance Co. has announced $3.5 million in dividend payments to new policyholders. It's part of the company's $330 million in dividends to some 60,000 policyholders this year. The company has provided dividends each year and the amount has grown almost every year since the 2009 recession. This year, the TMI board of directors voted to send the checks two months early because of the COVID-19 pandemic and economic slowdown.
