DWC Considering Revisions to Emergency COVID-19 Telehealth Regulations

The president of the California Society of Industrial Medicine and Surgery said the organization was working with the Division of Workers’ Compensation to revise some parts of proposed emergency regulations regarding telehealth medical-legal evaluations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
