Appropriations Committee Hears Suspense File Comp Bills Wednesday

The California Assembly Appropriations Committee will consider bills on Wednesday that would require employers to allow employees to miss work to get treatment for occupational injuries and to create a presumption that heat injuries are compensable for farmworkers.
