Members of Oregon's Management-Labor Advisory Committee group tasked with tweaking a bill that would change restrictions on retroactive temporary disability and limit insurers’ ability to recoup wage-loss overpayments will meet for a second time Friday, two weeks after members failed to reach a consensus on how the bill could address alleged disparities in the state’s workers’ comp statutes.
