Safety National Announces Senior Management Promotions

Safety National Casualty Corp announced a series of senior management promotions, starting with Steve Divine, who picked up the title of chief accounting officer.

Divine will be responsible for the company’s financial statement reporting. He will also continue to provide management oversight for Safety National’s Finance and Accounting Department as senior vice president of finance.

Safety National also announced the promotion of Rob Leitner to senior vice president of business development. Leitner will be responsible for senior management oversight of the Business Development Department, as well as leading the company’s sales strategy and related efforts.

Curt Reno was promoted to senior vice president of insurance underwriting. Reno will be responsible for overall leadership and management of the Insurance Underwriting Department’s core lines of business and operations.

And Bob King was promoted to senior vice president of reinsurance underwriting. King will be responsible for overall leadership and management of workers’ compensation and casualty reinsurance underwriting, as well as strategic direction of operations for Safety National Re.

The appointments become effective on April 1, 2020.
