The South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission announced the move into the next phase of its legacy modernization program that makes new eFile and ePay enhancements available for external stakeholders.
The new eFile and ePay options provide easier access and better service for claimants, carriers, attorneys, self-insured employers and trading partners, the WCC said in a statement. They allow parties to submit forms and pay the applicable fees and fines electronically.
