Facts: Brian Hineman worked as a warehouse manager for Paramount Manufacturing Co. He suffered a compensable injury to his left shoulder in November 2018. The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation also awarded Hineman benefits for adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety and depressed mood.
