DWC Seeks Comments on Form Changes

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is seeking comments on proposed changes to forms and notices needed to implement a bill that permanently allows virtual benefit review conferences. Gov. Greg Abbott earlier in June signed HB 1752 allowing the DWC, which started holding conferences virtually during the pandemic, to continue doing so after restrictions are lifted.
