The Alaska Supreme Court unanimously ruled that a self-represented litigant failed to establish his entitlement to relief from an order to enforce a settlement negotiated by his former attorney that he had failed to substantively oppose. Eric McDonald worked for Rock & Dirt Environmental Inc. He suffered injuries in 2014 while working on the renovation of a high school.
