BWC Adopts Revisions to Provider Certification Rule

The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation on Monday finalized amendments to Ohio Administrative Code 4123-6-02.2, which relates to provider certification criteria for participation in the Health Partnership Program (HPP). To comply with a statute that was  enacted Jan. 21, the board had to change the criteria, including professional licensure requirements, for providers to be eligible for BWC certification to participate in the HPP.
