The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation on Monday finalized amendments to Ohio Administrative Code 4123-6-02.2, which relates to provider certification criteria for participation in the Health Partnership Program (HPP).
To comply with a statute that was enacted Jan. 21, the board had to change the criteria, including professional licensure requirements, for providers to be eligible for BWC certification to participate in the HPP.
The new rule abolishes certain professional regulatory boards and transfers their duties to either another board or to a newly created board.
