A doctor, a pharmacist and five other people were charged last week with conspiracy to illegally distribute oxycodone and hydrocodone through a Dallas pill mill, the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas said.
Special agents with the Drug Enforcement Agency on Wednesday arrested and charged with one count each of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance:
Dr. Richard Andrews, 63, of Dallas.
