Patriot National has acquired a Philadelphia-area insurance brokerage amid a spending spree that has seen the company pick up subsidiaries in various fields across the country since the start of the year.
Patriot National, which handles workers' compensation services ranging from fraud investigation to claim management, purchased the Devon, Pennsylvania, brokerage Brandywine Insurance Advisors. According to a Tuesday press release, Patriot National expects the final purchase price to be $4.2 million. Brandywine expects to bring in $2.8 million in revenue this year.
