New York Gov. Kathy Hochul signed a bill that would build on warehouse worker protections enacted in 2022.
The governor on Dec. 21 signed Senate Bill 5081/Assembly Bill 8907, which require employers to establish programs to reduce musculoskeletal injuries among workers performing manual materials handling tasks.
