CLM to Hold Webinar on Emerging Claim Resolution Trends

Insurance industry association CLM is hosting a webinar Thursday on emerging claim resolution trends.

Panelists will discuss issues such as court delays, hybrid workforces and so-called “Zoom fatigue,” and provide recommendations on keeping claim organizations productive and engaged.

Taylor Smith, president of Suite 200 Solutions, will moderate the discussion. Panelists include Jeanette Hernandez, chief business development officer at Ringler; Stephen Hunckler, chief claims officer for California’s State Compensation Insurance Fund; and Fausto Martin, senior vice president of claims for Federated National Insurance.

The webinar is at 1 p.m. Eastern Thursday.
