Confined Space Rule temporarily Suspended

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is suspending enforcement of confined spaces in construction for 60 days beginning on Aug. 3, according to a release from the Department of Labor.  Employers and contractors who “make good faith efforts to comply” with new standards set by OSHA will be granted a pass for 60 days.
