A California appeals court upheld a trial court's determination that a worker was required to arbitrate her claims for false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and discrimination under the Fair Employment and Housing Act.
The appellate court also agreed with the trial court's decision not to vacate the arbitration result dismissing the causes for action as time-barred.
