A federal grand jury in Scranton, Pa., issued a new indictment Tuesday in the ongoing investigation of corruption and workers' compensation fraud in Lackawanna County, the Citizens Voice reported.The newspaper said the 41-count indictment names Lackawanna County Commissioner A.J. Munchak and former Commissioner Robert C. Cordaro on public corruption charges.The indictment adds new charges to an indictment handed down by the grand jury on Oct. 5 against Cordaro and Munchak alleging racketeering, conspiracy, bribery, extortion and mail fraud.
