The California Division of Workers’ Compensation is proposing changes to the rules for the Electronic Adjudication Management System that it says will improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Proposed changes would allow for the submission of documents with electronic signatures, which the DWC said is consistent with Government Code and state regulations allowing digital signatures on communications with public entities.
