WILG Webinar to Focus on How Different States Handle COVID-19 Claims

The Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group is hosting a webinar Jan. 22 to explore how different states are handling occupational disease claims for COVID-19.

John F. Burton, emeritus professor of law at Rutgers University, and Michael Duff, a University of Wyoming law professor, will deliver presentations on how various states are dealing with presumptions and claims from the pandemic.

The webinar is from 2-3:30 p.m. Eastern Jan. 22.

The event is $99 for WILG members and $299 for nonmembers.
